Nick Agar, a woodturning rock star, helped KAT in the joint development of several products in this set of 22 accessories. We included the most popular to give you the best experience at an affordable price. As many of you know, Nick is a world famous sculptural woodworking artist in the woodturning world. He is in demand for demonstrations and classes internationally and is recognized by collectors around the world. Nick helped King Arthur’s Tools tremendously in the joint development of several key products in the Signature Series, all of which have a multitude of applications in the wonderful world of woodcarving and turning.

This Basic Set’s only difference between the Premium or full Signature Series is that the Basic set includes one tungsten carbide All-Surface 3 Edge flat profile fine green disc and excludes the full set of four All Surface 3 Edge Carbide discs. We introduced this set following great demand from, and listening to, a multitude of woodturners around the world who loved using the fine green disc. We have also made this Basic Signature Series more affordable.

King Arthur’s Tools will make the Merlin2® grinder with your specific country’s voltage, cord and plug. This kit has all the grinding and finishing discs I could ever use. The carry bag is useful for storage or taking to a job site. Pretty much all I could ever need for smaller projects.
