    Overview

    Model: MP21-19-3

    This 3” (75mm) Sanding Flex is the medium size of the flexible sanding line, available also in 2” and 4” diameters. This flexible sander has a cushion, flexible pad with hook and loop surface to which 3” and 4” diameter, 80 and 240 grit sandpaper is centrally & easily attached (3" 80 grit; 4" 80 grit; 3" 240 grit and 4" 240 grit purchased separately).

    The oversize sandpaper allows for an overlap of about ½” (12mm) when using the 3” (75mm) Sand Flex to prevent side accessory marks/damage. Make sure you also have the Special 5/8”-11 Adapter (North America).

    Versatile with many combinations of use. It can be fitted to the:

  • End of the Sanding Tool which adds 4-3/4” (120mm) to your length, or
  • Assistant Tool 1 (MP21-13-1) either of which is fitted directly to your 4-1/2” angle grinder. Used this way adds either 5-7/8” (149mm) or 3-9/16” (90mm)
  • Assistant Tool 1 (MP21-13-1), which is then attached to the Sanding Tool. This lengthens the reach to either 10-5/8” (269mm) or 8-5/16” (310mm)
  • 3” Multi Cutter as a flexible sanding attachment

    • NOTE: Make sure you also have the special 5/8”-11 adapter (North America)

    Whichever fitment method is selected, the Sanding Flex series will:

  • Robustly power sand wide or narrow, deep and sweeping areas
  • Excellent for woodturning, woodcarving and general household projects
  • Save hours of hand sanding, adding flexibility, speed and reach
  • Easily attach with it's Hook & Loop surface
  • Accept #80 and #240 grit sandpaper (sold separately)
