The Dust Extender eliminates hazardous dust by up to 98% and fits on the front end of the Dust Extractor Handle. It makes the Dust Extractor handle even more effective by letting you control where to put the dust suction point (see the photos). If you don’t already own one, look at getting a SKU 11392 Dust Extractor Kit. It fits over the flexible shaft and turns most vacuum cleaners and small shop vacs into an economical dust extraction system. The Dust Extender is easily adjustable by hand or thumb whilst sanding work is in progress and gives you the freedom of choice where to put the dust suction point. Made of Polycarbonate (the same material used in the unbreakable beer glass). This is a tough, transparent, but non-brittle plastic which may be cut to the form of your choice when using cylindrical sanders.
