Our Inflatable Long Drum Sander is perfect for sanding long flat surfaces. This sander works best with very low air pressure and is ideal for sanding and polishing the base and outside of a free form or turned bowl, chairs, fine furniture, intarsia, long flat straight, curved or sweeping surfaces. Like all the other four, the patented design allows this long sander to conform to the shape of your work and do a fantastic job. The ® ® Long Drum Sander is our longest sander measuring 4¼”L X 1-1/8” dia (108mm x 90mm).

- Terrific on long and/or wide, flat and curved contoured/concave shapes
- Choice of four (4) sanding grits (60, 120, 220 & 320) on custom made sanding sleeves
- Pumped up through an air inlet in the drive shaft located at the bottom of the sander
- The air valve design leaves the bottom flat without a clumsy protruding valve on the sanders
- Slightly inflated, the molded rubber bulb constantly flexes and changes shape, making it soft all the way to the edge
- Sander sands flat when pressed against an even surface i.e. the sander conform to the underlying surface
